Global Photo Collective LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all participating artists to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material displayed on www.globalphotocollective.com infringes your copyright, you must submit a written notification that includes:

Your full legal name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Review the claim
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the member who submitted the content

Counter-Notification

If a member believes content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification including:

Their name and contact information
Identification of the removed material
A statement under penalty of perjury that they have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Consent to jurisdiction in the State of Florida
A physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Global Photo Collective LLC reserves the right to terminate membership of users who repeatedly infringe upon copyrights.
