For Website Artists & Members
Effective Date: February 27, 2026

By applying for or maintaining membership in Global Photo Collective, you agree to the following:

1. Independent Contractor Status

Artists are independent businesses.
Membership does not create:

An agency relationship
A partnership
Employment
Representation

Artists retain full control over pricing, sales, licensing, printing, and fulfillment.

2. Platform Role

Global Photo Collective LLC provides promotional visibility only.

We do not:

Process sales
Take commissions
Negotiate on behalf of artists
Guarantee sales or exposure outcomes

3. Membership Fee

Membership is $35 per month unless otherwise stated.

Fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Membership may be canceled at any time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

4. Content Standards

Artists agree that submitted work:

Is original and owned by the submitting artist
Is not fully AI-generated
Does not include nudity, explicit material, hate speech, discriminatory, violent, or unlawful content
Is suitable for public display

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

By submitting images, artists grant Global Photo Collective LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted images on the Website and in promotional materials related to the Collective.

6. Category & Membership Limits

We reserve the right to:

Approve or decline submissions
Cap membership overall or within specific categories
Remove members who violate standards

7. Limitation of Liability

Global Photo Collective LLC shall not be liable for:

Lost sales
Business interruption
Third-party disputes
Indirect or consequential damages

Artists are solely responsible for their business operations, taxes, fulfillment, and customer service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion for violation of these terms.

8. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
